3.0 coming soon

CAFS is growing

We're currently working on a major development project to bring a new suite of tools to CAFS users. The CAFS Clinical Assessment and Feedback System is being updated with new features, and will become part of a greatly expanded app.

We are hoping to have the new "Version 3.0" software ready for release at the end of summer 2021. In the meantime, here's a quick introduction to some of the new features that the new software will offer.

New Dashboard Screen

The new app home screen alerts the user to any recent activity or items requiring their immediate attention.

Improved Clinical Recording

The new clinical activity and marking user interface has numerous improvements, including the ability to add detailed marking forms to tests, and more marking configuration options.

New Messaging Interface

A new messaging hub allows students to message their teachers, and teachers to message individual students, groups of students or other teachers.

In App Reporting

Students can now access an up to date progress report, allowing them to monitor their own learning and clinical experience development.

Improved Attendance Management

Absence reporting in the app now reports on any known absences for the period, preventing creation of duplicate absence reports. The user can also edit an absence report in the app. For schools with a timetable integration, the app also offers an attendance register interface.

Complete Forms, Non Clinical Assessments and Test in the App

A sophisticated form editor and workflow manager allows the creation of various different types of document which can be completed by students and/or teachers, allowing the creation of PDP documents, end of term reports and student feedback documents.
